Issue with MacOS Screen Mirroring to LG TV (AirPlay)

System information:

MacBook Pro 2020 (13-inch 2020) running MacOS Big Sur version 11.4 (20F71).

LG 65UN71006LB TV running software version 03.21.75 (webOS TV version 5.2.1-2521, AirPlay version 25.06 / 15.26.0)

When I use AirPlay Screen Mirroring from my MacBook Pro to my LG TV, the Mac takes a while trying to connect but eventually fails and reports the error [Could not connect to "LG TV"].

I'm at my wits end trying to troubleshoot this issue.

I'm able to use AirPlay from my iPhone Xs to the LG TV (using the same wireless network).

I've had visitors with the M1 MacBook Pro and they're able to AirPlay to the TV (using the same wireless network).

Yes, my MacBook Pro and TV are on the same network.

Yes, I've checked the firewall settings on my Mac.

Yes, I've updated both the TV and my Mac to the newest software version.

Still no success.

Is there any way that I can extract logs from my MacBook, to analyse the issue?

Tailing the system log after an attempt I see the following errors:

tail /var/log/system.log
