I have the same problem and my iPhone has been set to silence unknown calls. I’ve manually kept & blocked over 100 numbers including emails and keep them on a ‘BLOCKED’ list. I’ve so many I had to create two more lists to accommodate all the SPAM, and still they ring thru and leave msgs. I’ve tried not saving the number and blocking it, but then it has to stay in ‘Recents’ and clutters my phone. I’ve tried every blocking feature on this phone and still get VERY EXPLICIT sexual content on my phone...very frustrating
