What is All Windows(Slow) in MacOs?

I'm working with IntelliJ Idea and it says one of it's default keybindings conflicts with an existing MacOs keyboard shortcut. It says it's bound to the 'All Windows (Slow)' command/function. But I haven't been able to find that in the System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts. And I haven't been able to find any information on what it's actually supposed to do. Pressing the shortcut seems to have no effect in any app or no app. Any idea what this is?

Ctrl-right arrow should switch spaces.

There was a time when the OS would put those transition effects into slow motion when you also held down the Shift key.

I don't know if that is still functional in Catalina (I never tried it; I'm running Big Sur, now).

Ctrl-down arrow shows all application windows; that is all I could think of that would equate to "All Windows." I seem to think Apple used that term in the Mission Control System Preferences, but I'm not sure.
