I have never been able to find out how use clips from my iPhone and then add clips from my computer and make them all the same size as my iPhone ones..... I know I can "crop" but that only goes to a small rectangle that isnt in the same style as the iPhone at all.
why isnt there an option to make it iPhone size????

I don't know why you would want to crop everything to look like an iPhone video. The answer for the future is to hold your iPhone horizontally when you shoot, so that the vids match the horizontal clips from your computer.
If you want them all vertical, your only solution is to crop the horizonal ones so that they are vertical. This would cause you to lose some of the display area. Instead of cropping from the timeline, crop in the media browser view. Then you will get adjustment rectangles on the preview screen that let you adjust the aspect ratio to any configuration that you want. You would need to eyeball it to estimate the vertical size equivalent to an iPhone video, but that is pretty easy.

Oh, I see. You could also crop some of the vertical ones so that they are horizontal. Again, the cropping would eliminate some of the photo, but in some cases it might not be of importance. On the other hand, you might be able to fiddle with the presentation so that a mix of horizontal and vertical would look O.K.
