My IPhone 7 is having issues with taking videos, and recording noise

What can I do? Photos work most of the time but when I take videos and use my mic it’s freezes and glitches out

iphone XR sometimes won't let me record videos Sometimes when I open the camera app, it won't let me record videos. the phone will freeze and the screen will become blurry. If i reset the phone, it will work, but then it will happen again in a few hours. i also had this problem on my iphone 6s except it wouldn't let me take pictures. What is wrong with it and how do i permanently fix it?

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Then test with the Voice Memos app.
