Please refer to Startup Screens Troubleshooting Steps, if you exhaust all the steps then it's likely a hardware problem and you will need to take the computer to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be professionally diagnosed. You can use the AASP Locator to begin finding and AASP if you do not know of any.
