How do I find a fix for my problem of call blocking of my Kaiser Permanente Doctors and Hospitals?

I have discovered the problem was the AT&T Call Protect App. I have put this out on ATT Community Forum so I hope that they stop blocking my Doctor and Hospital calls. Thanks for your help.

My iPhone 6s is not permitting phone calls from all Kaiser Permanente phone numbers. I have removed all call screening apps and rebooted my iPhone many times. I’m at the end of my rope because the calls have to do with my medical condition.
