So I got this Apple Watch series three from eBay and the seller has 5 stars and no bad reviews I read the description and it says unlocked so I by it and it’s linked to someone else’s iCloud, how do I get there iCloud off of it so I can pair it?

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
Can Apple erase it?
What if they factory reset it, like it was new?
Apple won't touch a possibly stolen watch,just contact Ebay and get your money back.
No.They won't help you because you are not the original owner of the watch and it could be stolen.
