How do you enable DRM on the latest version of Mac OS and Safari?

I can't watch online content from Channel 4 on my MacBook Pro, despite having a subscription and having upgrades to the latest version of MacOS (11.3.1 Big Sur) and Safari (14.1 - 16611.1.21.161.6).

The reported error suggests Digital Rights Management (DRM) is not enabled.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this. All other sites seem to work fine.

Hey UK Troll,

Thanks for your post in Apple Support Communities!

It seems as though the content from that specific channel has been having issues with Safari due to the encrypted digital content that it provides. Directly from the Channel 4 website they recommend that you use an alternative browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) as they are having issues with supporting the Safari web browser.

Best Wishes.
