Payette Forward youtubers has discovered that Duracell batteries won't fit correctly in the AirTag. They haven't tried RayOVac yet? Will this be addressed by Apple? Which Batteries adheres to CR2032 specs? Does AirTag follow CR2032 specs??? You need to add AirTags to topics. I just put Older hardware/Device/Whatever.

From what I have heard, there would be no issue using a different brand of CR2032 battery than what is included in the AirTag. Any standard CR2032 should be fine.

BTW, they managed to install it, however it doesn't work.
So the PayetteForward people are lying?
I just bought duracell and they don't work for me. I even swapped batteries with another working airtag. The good battery from the working tag works. Duracell does not work with AirTags.
