Each time my display is turned off, my audio pauses. It seems like the computer is sleeping, even though sleeping is turned off. any idea to let the screen be off while Audi keeps going?
Energy saver settings:
to turn off display at 1 minute,
checked:
-prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off
-wake for network access
-startup after power failure
unchecked:
Mac mini 2018 or later
🤦♂️ Fixed: I was using sound through hdmi. I tried it on Bluetooth and from the onboard speakers and they all work. Makes sense that the monitor would turn off audio when it sleeps.

What App and what device are you using for speakers to play the audio from?
(HDMI thru the display, a USB or 3.5mm external speaker system, a Bluetooth speaker system)
