Yellow spots on screen of iPhone 11

I recently noticed a yellow spot on the bottom right of my screen when I had switched to light mode, i thought it might be a software issue so I factory reset my phone but that did not seem to help. This yellow spot gradually became worse and now even noticeable even in dark mode, and now I have noticed three more yellow spots on the top right right where the battery percentage indicator is. By checking the serial number my iPhone is clearly manufactured in November 2019 and is within the range that apple stated in the iPhone 11 screen replacement program of which the phones made between November 2019 and March 2020 seem to have display issues but when checked my serial number on the website it says that I am not eligible for that program.

I have also seen some similar posts about this issue on the iPhone 11 recently and I was wondering if someone can shed some light on this, because I don't want to pay for a screen replacement for something that is clearly not my fault and is happening to other people and might be a manufacturing issue.
