I can't access my Instagram account but the "app support" just takes me to their support center, which is circular, and suggests changing my password - I do that, they send me a link to use and it starts all over again. I want to be able to contact them and can't find an option to chat, contact, etc.

Wondering if you noticed the "Related article" link from Apple Support, above your question in this discussion.
The article will likely help you contact the developer, or provide other links to more info. (Eg "third=party" apps)

Thanks - I did, which is why I posted here. The link from the app description takes me to a general info page with no actual contact information. And the info page creates a circular (non-tech term, sorry) exercise, and no results (can't sign in, reset pw, link sent with pw reset, error message to wait a few minutes, repeat). I would expect a link entitled "app support" to provide contact information. And I thought Apple might require that of any IOS developer, since their advice is to contact the developer when you have a problem using the app support link from the app store. I recognize that this is a huge app developer, but can't seem to find anyone who can help with my problem.
This is probably the wrong place to post, too, but I couldn't find a better fit. Sorry if I'm in over my head on this discussion board.
