icloud drive switch icon is missing under icloud

I would like to turn on my icloud drive on my iphone 8, but when I go to settings/icloud, the icloud drive switch icon is simply not there. I've searched for answers by googling, but didn't see anyone had the same issue. I have the most updated iOS 14.6, and had reinstall iOS 14.6 again, but that switch icon still didn't show up. Please help!

This is what I see on my iPhone 8:

Below is the normal screen under icloud (this is from a different iphone which doesn't have any issues):

Thanks so much for reaching out in the Apple Support Communities, myrachen28,

If we understand, your iPhone 8 does not offer the iCloud Drive option under Settings > [your name] > iCloud. We'd be happy to help!

First, check to make sure there are no restorations enabled on your iPhone: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.

If the iPhone 8 was provided by your employer or educational institute, there may be a managed profile preventing iCloud Drive access: MDM overview for Apple devices - Apple Support. In this instance, you'll need to speak with your employer/school IT department for further assistance.

Don't hesitate to respond back if neither of these scenarios help resolve your issue.

Cheers!

Hi Lindsay_B,

I purchased my own iPhone 8, but I did install some of my employer's App (Outlook, Teams, etc). You were absolutely correct that my issue was caused by installing "Mobile Device Management". Once I removed the Management under the "Management Profile", my iCloud Drive switch icon showed up immediately!

I couldn't find the solution on the internet previously! Thank you so much for your answer Lindsay!
