Mac mini M1 4K 60hz HEVC playback (solved)

Just trying to help people out with this answer for myself ???

4K 60fps HEVC did not work with in photos app or QuickTime.

VLC Yess poor quality Blurry.

After 1 week of every thing crazy. I have disabled HDR OS desktop button.

So now 4K 60hz HEVC is working natively with in OS photos and QuickTime .

correctly smooth sharp totally acceptable video quality.

desktop wallpapers are looking allot better.

HDMI 2b 4k cable. 65" 4k TV

Mac mini, macOS 11.4

Logitech Streamcam poor quality on Monterey I have a Macbook Air (2017) with Monterey OS 12.3.1 and the Streamcam has terrible quality and is most definitely not HD. I have it plugged into the USB port via a Type-C adaptor, which will limit the 60fps option but this is not a frame rate issue. video playback not working properly after update to Monterey 12.3 Has anyone got the same problems with the video playback on a MacBook Air (2017) after updating to Monterey 12.3? Hopefully there will be a fix really soon!
