10-bit video chops
Why chops the 4K video I recorded on DJI Mini 3 Pro in the D-Cinelike 10-bit color profile format?
Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
My Mac is a 2016 MacBook Pro 13 ".

Try converting this to a less processor intensive format. Your mac is apparently struggling with this 10-bit content.
Control-click on one of the problematic files in the Finder, choose Services->Encode Selected Video Files, and choose one of the H264 or HEVC options.
Does that play ok?

Hi GB_Martinz,
Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We would recommend reaching out to DJI Support directly for assistance with their product:
Hope this helps!
Have a great day.
Hi and thanks for the tip!
Converted to H.264 and it played fine. The conversion took 5-10 minutes on a video clip of 1:24 minutes (!!!)
This test is perhaps a clear indication that 10-bit is not good for this Mac, and that there is nothing wrong with the computer - it is simply not powerful enough?
Thanks for the tip! I have thought the same thing, and thought that now the "pointing game" starts ... 👍😊
Whatever I try.
Thanks again...
