Transaction Problems & Cannot Contact Apple Card Support
What's going on with Apple Card & Apple Card support?
Yesterday I had transactions declined trying to use Apple Pay with my Apple Card. Today I had an on-line transaction fail because Authorize.Net claimed the address I gave the vendor did not match my card's address, despite the fact they clearly matched in all respects. In the former case I used the card, physically, and it worked. In the latter case I used my CU's Visa card and it was fine.
Then I go to contact Apple Card Support (at Goldman/Sachs) and get told no support is available, and please try again later.
What's going on? I've loved my Apple Card, but this kind of thing is not acceptable.
