Magic Mouse 2 makes Macbook screen jump around

I've got a Macbook Air Retina 2019 and have just bought the wireless magic mouse 2 but I don't like it. The mouse is so sensitive, it's hard to use it without the cursor jumping around and it makes the screen wobble and adjust which makes me feel dizzy. Do all wireless mice have this effect with the screen? I don't suppose mice with wires are compatible with my computer now? Anyone got any expertise/similar experiences? I need to get a different mouse which doesn't have these issues.
