Back camera and flash

My flash (torch) has stopped working. My rear camera has also stopped working it’s just a black screen. However if I change the camera to 2x I can take a photo, I can also then use flash. I can’t record with or without flash u less I change it to x2 zoom. I have turned the phone off and on. I have also done a settings reset. I’m using the iPhone XR. This happened a day ago and it’s still broken. The phone wasn’t dropped so I have no idea what’s happened
