Hello, please help me with this, the ECG app is not available in my country (Pakistan). I have bought the Apple watch series 6 for solely this purpose. Can you please please help me, if this won't work my money will be wasted. Tell me the way to activate it, I'll be thankful helpppp me.

There is no way to activate it until your government approves it's use,you have 14 days in which to return the watch if you're not satisfied.

Do you know when will they approve? Did apple ask any officials? Please make this update in next watchOS updates
We don't know Apple's business plans here,we are users just like you,it might be worth contacting your country's health authority to see if they know when it will be approved.
