Finding it hard to sign in every time to look at Apple Tv and having to sign in again when I want to rent a Movie followed code on same password line. Also all though already a subscriber keeps asking if you want to sign up or start trial. Not good.

We’d be happy to help!


It sounds like it might not be set up correctly since it is also asking if you want to subscribe when you are already subscribed.


You can refer to Set up your Apple ID on Apple TV to check the settings on your Apple TV.


You can also follow the steps in Sign in with your Apple ID.
