Apple advisor tell me that there is free charge of iPhone 7 no service program. But once repair, they charged me 347.4euros. There is no diagnostic report and no confirmation. And directly charged 347euros. Who can give me some suggestion to get refund, since the poor quality of iPhone is less worthy 347euros.
