stop email notification

From here? Just click on your name above and then on Subscriptions.

There you will see all of the topics that you are receiving emails any time a new post is made to it.

Click on the "+" button at the far right of each topic and click on Following. It will change to Follow and you won't get any emails for that topic.

or if you are getting notifications from many threads, then instead of "unfollowing" all of your threads one by one, you can click on your name above and then on "Preferences"

then you can uncheck all of the items in the list shown below.
