Shortcut/Link To Different Section of Same Sheet/Table?

Hello- Thank you in advance for your ideas.

Anyone have a trick/hack to be able to do the following?

  • Create a way for someone to click on a "link" that will take them to a different section on the same sheet?

Example:

  • I have a very very large numbers doc. Instead of endlessly scrolling, is there a way to create a link/shortcut to a different section of the same sheet: Ex: Link in cell A1 the jumps to cell A1500 when clicked?

Or, any trick I can tell people to quickly jump to a different section of a large sheet?

Thanks!

A sheet in Numbers does not have cells. It has a blank canvas on which you can place tables, charts, and other objects.

Unlike Excel, Numbers makes it easy to have multiple tables in the same sheet. I recommend taking advantage of that feature. Instead of having a big table where you need to jump to different sections, as is sometimes needed in Excel, break up your work into smaller tables on the same sheet. That will make navigation much easier. You won't need those links.
