Unable to Start iPad Repeatedly Getting 4013 Error

I have this iPad (bought late 2019). After 1 year and a month, I had this black screen while updating IOS, the screen showing a picture of cable connecting to a computer and the message "support.apple.com/ipad/restore" on the screen.

I tried to reboot or update it but still no luck. I took it to the Apple store, after several hours and talking to 3 people in the store (and 2 on the phone), they couldn't figure it out what really happened. Since it was out of warranty for about a month, they refused to replace it (they just offered me a discounted sale, but still a couple of hundreds).

I followed these steps:

forcing the iPad to restart by holding the home button and power button until the apple logo shows up;

connect it to my MacBook Pro, it recognizes the device and tells me it cannot be updated, but be restored;

I select to restore it, extracting a file to restore, showing apple logo 2 times on the iPad screen but finally showing "The iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).

It is really sad to see this device comes to an end after 1 year and 1 month. I am guessing may be a couple of issues happening at the same time (software + hardware).

Anyone has any idea, I would appreciate it and really hear about it.

regards

Bulent
