Cannot get my music from itunes
How can I sync my music library in itunes its not coming down from the cloud

You need to manually select and download content that is in the cloud if you want it stored locally. You can only sync locally stored content to a device. If you are signed into your Apple ID both iTunes and your device should show all unhidden purchases.
