Airpods on Mac must Be Reconnect

Airpods (Two 2nd generation Airpods and One Airpod Pro) won't be in the list of Mac's Bluetooth Devices after reboot. So you have to reconnect Airpods every time if reboot Mac lately. I have Brand New Mac Mini with latest MacOS Updates.

I don't expect any answer here. Seriously. My family have had 14 Apple Devices in the past 3 years and we have never had any Real answers on this this forum according to any problem we've had. So we just wanted to report this problem.
