Unable to add family sharing member to apple card. Two family members are eligible and third family sharing member is greyed out and “unavailable for sharing”.
The unavailable for sharing member is up to date with software (14.6) and an adult.

Have they updated their Apple ID age?

Are they in the US or using a VPN?
Do they have more than one Apple ID and currently logged into an alternate ID?
