My iPhones ft hanged up by itself but the other persons ft didn’t

I was on ft and not even a minute in the face time it ended I couldn’t see a green bar on the top and everything else was like a normal hang up for me but for the other person it lasted 8 hours and she woke up and said she could see my camera it was pointed to my roof when I started the ft with her I showed the top of my forehead I find it unsettling that if it hangs itself up the other person would still be on ft and looking through the camera
