my iphone XR has been used for a while and the Face ID has been working fine. After an incident all of a sudden it didn’t recognize my face so i tried to reset it, still didn’t work because it kept saying move IPhone higher/lower. Send Help!!

If you can’t enrol your face, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider or contact Apple Support.
