I am unable to use Apple account

Due to a problem with my Apple account, I am unable to update apps from the App Store and other routine issues.

The problem started when I was talking with bank card firm about "disputed charges". They suggested that a new credit card be issued. It was done. The card in question was the one tied to my APPLE SUPPORT account.

I attempted to enter the new bank card number, but the automatic Apple response was to check with support. I attempted that, and it told me that I was not able to go through support.

What should I do?

It sounds like your account could have been disabled in the App Store.

If so don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
