Outdoor Walk deleted. Oops!!

How do I restore outdoor walks that I deleted by mistake?

To restore a deleted workout type:

tap on workout app
then scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Add Workout"
finally tap on a workout type in the list

and it will be added back to your workout list.

That’s what I did but the option for outdoor walk is not amongst the list of choices. It’s completely disappeared from the list. I can use ‘other’ and it records calories burned as a brisk walk but I would prefer to have the proper title of outdoor what returned. Thank you for your response and the steps you listed. Unfortunately it’s not working due to my response above.
