How to set up itunes
I just hit a new phone and I’m trying to review the iTunes for my account and I don’t know where to go next

Are you trying to log into iTunes?
If running IOS 14, go to Settings>Your Name>Media & Purchases. Click the portrait at the top left. That should allow you to sign into the App Store/iTunes using a different Apple ID. If that isn't the problem, what are you trying to review.
