FCPX Time dialogue box

When I hit control + option + R I get a good, quick shortcut to the speed dialogue. Since I do a lot with the "Duration" radial button, I'd love to be able to tab down to it, or use keyboard commands to quickly move to it. As it is now, I have to click the radial button with my mouse each time.

Any quick way to navigate radial buttons in FCPX, or at least for this dialogue?

You CAN navigate this using just the keyboard, but it is not something that you can't set specifically for this dialogue.

The setting is system wide.

Go to System Preferences->Keyboard->Shortcuts, and at the bottom there is this box:

Now you can tab to switch between all controls in all dialogues throughout the system (and not just the text boxes).

With this on, you can do:

Control-Option-R; tab, if necessary, so that the Rate button is active (note the added blue "ring" around it)

Arrow Down to select "Duration":

Note, again, that this change affects all dialogues, so if you do this every radio button, popup, etc will be selected via the keyboard.

The downside of it is that if you no longer can quickly cycle only over text fields, you'll have to go through all the elements.
