iphone 12 - static noise and muting experience during call.

Hi Apple

I have purchased unlocked iPhone 12 roughly a month back from Apple store.

During the video call, I am experiencing storm of static noise and at the same time, the other party is experiencing interruption or muting of audio for several seconds.

It doesn’t go away by switching off Wi-Fi or changing my physical location.

i am observing this with WhatsApp call.

Could you please guide how could this be resolved? Does this indicate hardware or software issue?

iPhone 13 pro/pro max call quality issues Anybody else experiencing call quality issues on the iPhone 13 pro and pro max?
