I have an issue with car play and steering wheels controls in Ford sync that happens recently
i can use the steering wheels controls for voice and track but when I use navigation with Apple Maps or google maps and the voice starts giving directions the controls for music next/previous stops working I have to push the assistant button and till I get a new navigation direction the controls are working again
pls for your help

It appears that once you start using an app for navigation, you are no longer able to control your music with the controls on your steering wheel. You can see if the steps in the following article helps with CarPlay: If you need help with CarPlay
