ipad replacement

a few days ago my ipad pro started have problems. it was showing the apple logo and turning off. this happened a lot of times then at times it would actually turn on and go to the home screen and i would start using it again. but that lasted only 5 minutes or so. it then started showing the apple logo and turned off. i went to a technician near me and he said he did a restore process which would wipe everything off, he did it but it didnt work. according to him it is an hardware issue and that he cannot solve unless an certified apple technician is here. unfortunately there are no official apple stores in my country. is there any solution to this? or can apple replace me ipad pro? ,as it is still under warranty.

Apple will not provide warranty service in countries where

it does no business nor will it ship replacements to such locations.

Either personally return to the country of purchase or send the iPad

to a friend/relative/co-worker there for them to handle the matter.

Be advised that if the technician opened or damaged the iPad, the

warranty is void.
