Spam texts

Hi, has anyone figured out yet how to stop from getting unwanted text messages from email addresses? I have read various posts on here but no real solutions. I can filter my texts, but not stop their notifications, which is basically worthless. I also can not block all messages from emails for some reason, when I have never once received a real message in this way. If apple can’t figure this out, I’m selling my iPhone. Back to the flip phone for me maybe? I get 5-10 of these texts a day right now
