moving icons
How do i remove an icon from the desktop of my Macbook without deleting/ejecting it? I have to keep downloading/installing a label printer driver. I'd rather add it to the Launchpad if I could.

If it is an Application, drag it to your Applications folder, it will then show on Launch Pad.
