Recover Photos & Video

My phone recently restarted either because I didn’t update my phone to the newest update version or because my storage was fool but I lost 2 years worth of photos and video I tried to get the phone out of the boot loop it was in but it forced itself into factory reset somehow so I had to use my backup from 2019 is there a way to recover all the photos & videos that were lost if anyone knows please message me on here or message me on Facebook at Leondre Harris I have 2 pages
