Safari video resolution

Obviously we can not choose what video resolution we want while on safari and so I was wondering if and when we might have this implemented into our systems through an update.

Right click on a video in Safari I wanted to know if there was a way for me to right click on a video that is currently running on Safari. I want to do this as once i get the options after right clicking, i can control the video speed. Any suggestions if that is even possible?

We don't have any information about Apple's plans.
