Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Earlier today my husband received an overheating message on our iPad. It promptly shut itself down.
He immediately brought it inside to cool off. The iPad will charge, it seems to have suffered no ill effects except the touchscreen will not respond.
It is an iPad Air 2. I have installed iTunes on our laptop to see if I can talk to it.
I have done the reboot thing about ten times, no joy.
Any thoughts???
