We understand that you have an inquiry about using AirPods when the case is not charged. We’d like to help.
If your AirPods are already connected and paired to your device, you can use them if they are charged when the case is low on charge or has no charge.
However, if you’re trying to use or pair the AirPods with another device for the first time, you will need to use the case during the set up process so it will need to be charged.
