'java' has access to Downloads in Files and Folders

Hi All,

Apologies in advance for my naivety, I've recently had a bit of a security scare and have been trying to make sure my Mac is secure.

In System Preferences --> Security & Privacy, under Files and Folders I noticed 'java' had been granted access to my Downloads folder.

I have attached an image to show you why I am suspicious. It doesn't have the usual Java logo, but is instead showing the Terminal? logo and is spelt all in lower case. Can anyone please confirm if this is normal or if it's something I should be worried about? I can't think of any reason why the real Java would need access to my downloads file?

I have disallowed access as you can see, but I'm not sure if I should delete entirely or get my Mac inspected. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
