pages keeps crashing.
I read some past problems....I have OS Big Sur 11.2.2 and I made sure my pages is the most
current (I think) 11.1.
I could really use some suggestions...that "hold the shift key when you open it" does nothing.
crash. crash. crash.....and now I am starting to burn!

lbalton, in the posts above, and others reporting a solution, have updated to the current version of MacOS Big Sur 11.4.

This worked for me. Updated to the latest software update and I was able to open Pages again. Thanks

Noticing you are using Big Sur 11.2.2, and seems there is now a Big Sur update available.
Wondering if an OS update would help ... ? (ie: available ... Apple icon > System Preferences > Software Update)

yes, indeed that was the problem. I did the upgrade and all is well...thanks so much
for the camaraderie on this forum...most helpful while working on the road and hitting
a wall with my computer!

I'm updated to Big Sur 11.2.2 and Pages 11.1, yet Pages crashes the moment it's launched. Very frustrating because I can't do my work! Any suggestions? Thanks.
pages crashing repeatedly....as in, I cannot work on my computer.....sigh.
