my phone won't let me get past my home screen. It won't restart and acts like my screen isn't working. Yet, I can get on my camera and use my flashlight. It's still playing music and letting me skip songs, but I cannot swipe to restart my phone.
My phone will not let me get past my lock screen. It allows me to see some notifications, get on my flashlight, skip songs, get on my camera, and talk to Siri. Yet, I cannot restart my phone, put in my Face ID, open notifications, or even see the time. I have tried the force quit options, charging it, leaving it alone.
