Mac Mini Server 2010...which hard drive is disk 1 and disk 2?
I have a Mac mini 2010 server. It has two 500GB drives. I want to swap out disk02 using a SSD. But I don't know whether that is the top or the bottom hard drive in the Mac. Thanks.

Keep in mind that "lower bay" refers to the bay that is on the bottom when the Mini is sitting normally on the table. The "lower" bay will be the first drive you encounter after removing the Bottom Cover and WiFi antenna/shield (since the computer is upside down when working on it).

Actually, the boot drive has a destination of disk0 and data drive is disk1. I just want to know which one is the top and which is the lower drive. Many Thanks
Go to > Apple > About This Mac > System Report > SATA/SATA Express.
Once there you should be able to see which drive is in each of the Bays.
