Screen time activity
Under the parental controls screen time my child’s activity is now not updating. Mine updates, but when I check his, it will not update to show me his activity

If everything is set up correct, are both your devices updated? If not, that would be a good next step. It is always a good idea to have a backup of your iPhone before updating.
