Screen damage

I have not dropped my phone anytime , but my screen has cracked near front camera even though my phone is fully protected with tempered screen guard and very protective case . I noticed this morning with small crack on my screen, initially I thought it was screen guard scratch mark . Since,I peeled my protector out , it was actual crack on my screen .

I was so depressed because I spent lot of money for my phone .

i have been using apple last seven year , I have dropped my phone many times , but my old iPhone had no issues .

Apple launching phone every year , we are trusting apple give us valuable quality product to keep their customer happy.

I’m loosing trust toward apple quality because I was told that iPhone has specified screen is much stronger than previous devices But I seen vice verse in my case .

I approached apple to change my screen , it cost one fourth of phone cost .

i can’t afford apple any more.

please , consider us my valid complaint and investigate about my case .

i hope apple change my screen in free of cost .
