iphone 12 pro max battery
My iphone battery health was 94% in 6 months, i am using ANKER NANO III adapter to charge. Question is why this happen & does this apply to apple warrenty?

Depending on usage, that is normal and is nothing to worry about. Generally Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year. See this for some charging tips:
